Well things have been crazy as always here in Bozeman over they last 4 months. Dan is doing well in his engineering classes and he really likes them. He is known to all of his teachers as the one who is always in the study center and a hard worker. That is a great thing for your teachers know you for :)

Work for me is still work, not much change in hours or work load. Working 10 to 12 hour days and busy for all of those hours. I am really hoping for things to change, but I am not holding my breath. We just really need a 3rd person and to restructure the teams, then we could have a reasonable work load and we might be able to have a life outside of work.

I took some gardening classes over the last month and I have learned a lot for the garden I am going to start. Living in family graduate housing lets us be able to rent plots of land for a garden in the spring through the fall. I got a 20x20 plot to plant what ever I want! I am so excited to learn how to grow stuff and to have our own vegetables fresh from the garden. I have also been reading lots of books and learning that the growing season is so short here you have to buy specific short season crops (as I am typing it has been snowing for over 24 hours and will snow through the night and it is April). I am also starting all my plants from seed in the house under grow lights, I hope I don't mess things up too much, this being my first garden.

We went home to Washington for Christmas this year, the first time in 3 years I have been home for Christmas. We had a great time seeing family and relaxing for a whole week. The Thornton's Christmas was great as always, with a poker game that got out of control with a huge money pot with Dan dealing and the latest motion gaming system to watch everyone make a fool of themselves. It was also Dans first Christmas with my family and he did great with everyone there.
Dan also finished his first semester back in school I think on the deans list (or something like that for smart people)for good grades. I am so proud of him for going back to school for such a hard degree and working so hard.
Well that is all I can think about right now with an update, I will try and do better with summer coming and having a little more time. I wish had my sisters blogging skills, she is amazing.

Thanksgiving

Dan and I had a great Thanksgiving at our new home this year. Well it is new to us, but it is a 1960's military type of house, 2 bed rooms and only 580 square feet :) Small, but comfy!

We had Turkey and all the trimmings, and I ate way too much just like every year, but it felt good to have some comfort food :)

I also got a few days off work, which is rare now days. I got to sit on the couch, sew, read a book, cook, clean my house, play video games, and I loved every second of it! Dan did homework every day, but rested up with me too. He is such a good student and is working so hard to get good grades. I am so proud of him and his work ethic.

There is only 3 weeks now until we will be headed to Washington for Christmas. We cannot wait and are so excited to see family and friends. We also cant wait to sit and do nothing for a while and not worry about anything. I am excited to bake cookies with my Mother in law and play with my parents new puppy! It should be a great trip :)

Moved In

Well we are moved in and I say that in the most lax of ways. We just got all of the stuff we own in our new house, but it is in multiple piles around the house :) I am at work now, but after work Dan and I are going to have to clean the old apartment and have it ready to be inspected by tomorrow at 10:30am. I am glad we did not live there long and we wont have much to clean.

Dan and I already love our new place, even though it is a mess right now. We are also looking in to getting a shed tonight. We will put it in the back of our house and be able to store a ton of things that are usually in our living room or under our bed! We cant wait :)

I will have to take some pictures tonight, it has so much more natural light, but that means I have to buy a lot of curtains! It is just going to be a million times better that the Communist style cement apartment we were in before. We can actually put pictures on the walls!!!!!

New House

Dan and I got the house we wanted on campus :) We got the keys yesterday and I already have moved one load. We will be getting our washer and dryer out of storage tonight and move the rest of our stuff in tomorrow. A long day of moving, we have until monday to get all of our stuff out and to clean the old apartment and I only have one day off in the 4 we have. It will be a mad dash, but Dan and I will do it :)

Starting up!

Today is the first day of school for Montana State University and for Dan :) This means that I will be crazy busy starting on Wednesday, after everyone gets all the paper work done they need.

Dan cant wait to learn and do well in school. I know he is going to do amazing and have fun while doing it.

With school starting I have to figure out when to work out again. I think that is the most frustrating thing for me is to find one hour to work out and focus on myself. I am sure I will be able to find time, it is just the first 2 weeks trying to get the schedule figured out that I always feel like I am not working out enough.

Well back to work, I have to finish some programs for my athletes next week.

Back to school

Well I am not going back to school, but all the kids are coming back. It is still a few weeks away, before everyone gets in town and school actually starts, but Football and Volleyball have started for me so, it has started :) and summer is over :(
Now I may not be going back to school, but Dan is! He will be starting his first full semester after taking a few years off. This summer he go an "A" in both is classes, so starting out the semester with a 4.0 is pretty good :) I am so proud of him and I know he will do well in engineering.
Dan and I will get some time to get away this weekend (the last) for my little brother's wedding back home in Shelton. It will be great to see family again and just to be away from work and with my husband :)

Highest "M" Hikes :)

The last 2 weeks I have hiked the "M" twice and each time I have gotten higher than the last. This picture is of me the first time I went up to a rocky out crop, which let me see on the other side of the mountain. I got up there in 59 min, which I was really happy about. It is almost straight up for 3/4 of the way.

This was the view of the first hike on the other side of the mountain. It was a beautiful day, but boy was it hot!

Here I am on my second hike which I did this morning at 7 am. I was trying to beat the heat and I did. It was a beautiful morning and the temp was cool on the mountain. I also decided to wear my cowboy hat I bought about 3 years ago and never worn, it was great to keep the sun off my head :) I got to the rocky out crop in 51 min so I took 8 min off my time from last week!

This is part of the trail farther up from the rocky out crop. I went to the second highest point on the ridge today so the trail was new to me. And some of it was scary in spots if you tripped. It was a straight drop down! Needless to say I watched my step very carefully.

Here is just one of the beautify hill sides I saw this morning.

Now this is a picture of the mountain tops I am trying to get to. The one in the center of the picture is called Baldy, because there are no trees up there. This is the highest point on the ridge and it is what my goal is to get by the end of the summer. Now the mountain top to the far left of the picture, behind a dead tree, is the one I got to today.

And this is the view from the top. Now I had to go off trail to take this picture, because the trail looped around this rock and went back down to go to Baldy. I made it in 1 hour and 34 min. I am really proud of my time and I cant wait to go farther. Our Associate Athletic director made it to Baldy in 1 hour and 59min. Crazy! I don't think I could ever make it in that time, but I just want to make it :) Soon!

Lucky Man

This morning I got a call from my boss, Doug, at 5:10am. Now since I am up at 4am every morning to get to work by 5:45, it was not that big of a deal. But he never calls me early so I was worried. It turns out that he hit a deer out on I-90 headed to work on his motorcycle going 70mph. He is fine and one lucky man.
He just saw it in his head lights and did not have time to slow down, and you cant swerve on a bike going 70mph so all he could do was to grab the handle bars as hard as he could and brace for impact. He hit it just behind the shoulder so the body of it came around and hit his right side and the impact popped his legs off the bike and off to one side. He skidded about 1/2 mile to a stop hanging onto the handle bars while dragging his feet on the ground (well not dragging more like surfing on the bottom of his feet). He walked away with a sprained ankle and a few scraps on his foot and leg.
So this happened at about 5:10am and by 7:00am he was back at work and still working now. Doug is one lucky man and a great boss. I am glad he walked away from it.

Stairs

I just got done running stairs with my volleyball girls in our football stadium. It felt great to do and I am glad I did it, but it just reminds me how much older I am getting :( Some of the girls flew through it, but I kept up with over half of them, so I guess it is not too bad :) If I just keep it up then I will be in great shape and can keep up with all the young bucks, if my body can handle it.

Odd Encounter

A weird thing happened to Dan and I yesterday and by weird I mean creepy. Dan and I went to our usual hill to run after about 45 min of throwing at the track (I did not have a good day throwing, but running hills sounded like a great way to get my frustrations out). It is a park/trail head in town on Pete's hill, it is a great run.

We walked up the hill right when we got there to warm up our legs a bit before we ran up. On our way down we were walking side by side and taking up the whole path, I turned my head to spit (I know real lady like, I cant help in when I am working out) and I saw a man behind us in a long sleeve shirt, a hat, and long pants. I thought nothing of it and stepped in front of Dan to get out of the mans way. Dan had turned around and looked at the man in the eyes, and slowed down a bit so he could pass.

We got down to the bottom of the trail, which at this point was only about 50 feet from where I saw him and he still had not passed us, so Dan and I stepped out to the side getting ready to let him by and start our run up the hill. As we both turned at the same time we saw that no one was there? He was gone, in 50 feet he was gone. There was no were for him to go, it is an open grass hill and would have taken him more time to get out of site that it took for us to walk 50 feet and turn around. And we would have heard his food steps speed up if he would have ran and we did not.

Dan and I were a bit freaked out about it. We both saw him and Dan made eye contact with him. After this we talked about it for a while, then continued our sprints up the hill. The whole time I was looking in the bushes for a man with long sleeves and a hat, who had passed out or looking for bugs. But he was not there?

After our sprints Dan and I walked up the trail a bit to cool off and made a loop around to get back down the hill. As we were walking I saw and realized that at the top of the hill only about 150feet away from our hill was a cemetery. That freaked Dan out and I was tripping out too.

So take this story as you will, but Dan and I think we saw a ghost. There seems to be no other way to explain it for us. I guess we will just keep our eyes out for weird things every time we go running, you never know what you might see out there!

Yellowstone Highland games

Last weekend Dan and I did our first highland games together and it was a blast! And it was Dan's first highland games ever. We had two of our lifting friends with us also who were doing it for the first time. They all had a great time and I think I got them in for life :)

Here is a picture of all the guys, Dan, Eric and Keith. I made all of their kilts, I think they look great!

Dan also wants to train more for the highland games. He got 3rd out of 5 guys in the novice class on this first day out. I am so proud of him and he got better on every throw.

Over all Dan and I had a great time. I think Dan really found something he really likes. We met a lot of great people and it was a great day with friends. I am going to make it to one more highland games this year in Enumclaw, WA for sure and other than that we will see.

Pioneer Falls

I spent yesterday on a 3 hour hike with some of my friends. We decided to go south of Bozeman to the Spanish Peaks and a hike up to Pioneer falls. Now to get to the walk way you have to drive through Ted Turner's Flying "D" Ranch. He raises Buffalo and they can roam where ever they want :)

I would love to live right here, all those little dots you see are all buffalo, cool hu!

This was a little log cabin that was on the side of the road up to the trail. I could not imagine how hard life was living in this cabin back in the day when it was made.

Over all it was a great hike and a great day. It was nice to catch up with some friends I have not seen in a while and it is nice to find another hike to take Dan on. This same trail splits at one point and goes to a lake, I will have to try that some day, I heard it is amazing!

Hill Sprints

Dan and I did hill sprints yesterday and it was killer. We ram 4 x 30 -40 meter sprints up hill with a 25lb or 45 lb sand bag, WOW was that hard!
We are trying to go outside more to train instead of being cooped up in the gym all day. So far it has been great, I am getting more time to throw and I am teaching Dan to do it also. He is picking it up well and he will be competing in a week with me in the Yellowstone Highland games. It should be a blast! We also bought 2 - 16kg kettle bells and 3 different sledge hammers to train with. We are going to be doing some odd stuff, but fun stuff this summer :)
I am also going on a hike with some of my old volleyball girls this weekend, up in the Spanish peaks area, to a water fall with great views. I cant wait, it should be fun, but they are both smaller girls who can run marathons. I hope I can keep up with them :)

New Apartment

Well we moved into our new apartment this weekend. It is about half the size of our old house, but it will work for now. We are on campus and it takes me about 10-15 min to walk to work, I love it.

We are just waiting now to transfer into the house we really want and will stay in the next 4 years, as long as Dan is in school. The biggest plus is that it is a HOUSE and not an apartment, we can have our own washer and dryer, but most of all we wont share any walls with anyone!

Dan asked a nice man at our housing office if he could just give an estimate on time, he said it could be 1 week or 2, but it is not 100%. Even though, that will be fine with me to move 2 times in one month as long as I know we will be living in this new house for the next 4 years. Which will the the longest I will stay in one house in my adult life. I usually move houses every 1-2 years. It will be great! It is still small, but it will make Dan and I get rid of a lot of stuff we don't need.

Lets hope for a fast transfer so we can get into our house!

Dan's First Pre Calculus Exam

Dan got a 97% on his first exam! The average for the class was a 58% and he might have had the best grade in the class! I am so proud of him, he is going to do great in engineering!

Crazy Life

Things have been crazy the last few months. Dan and I have made some big life changing choices. Dan is going back to school and we are moving onto campus to make everything easier. Work has been busy and we have had almost all of our family over in the last 2 months. I have a ton of pictures I am going to put up here soon to share with you. I know no one is really following anymore, but I am starting up again :) More to follow!

Thanksgiving

Dan and I spent thanksgiving in Bozeman this year. We made a 18 lb turkey and lazed around the house all weekend. The robe Dan is wearing is one I made him the day after thanksgiving, I am very proud of it. We had a great time together, but we hope next year we can spend it with the rest of our family or friends. We miss you all and hope your weekend was as good as ours.

Pumpkins

Stone Creek Trail

Dan and I had a great short hike on Stone creek trail yesterday. It is up in the Bridger mountains, which I have been living here for 2 1/2 years and I have never driven up there before. It is beautiful.

Halloween

Well Dan and I had a great Halloween. We did not do anything special, we just handed out candy to kids. We thought we were going to get bombarded by kids, because of the little bike gang that is around our house 20+ strong :) But we did not get nearly as many as we thought we would and our candy showed it.

I think we had 4 gallon size zip lock bags stuffed with candy left over and we gave out hand fulls of it also. I put the leftovers in our athletic break room for everyone to eat, I did not want all of that at my house for me to eat. I am trying to loose some weight and that never helps :(

I will try and post some pictures of our pumpkins we carved this last week, they were good :)

Oh! I have to describe a group of our trick or treaters.

So I opened the door and I saw a group of bunnies. Abotu 5 girls 8-10 years old with bunny ears and leotards on, with bunny tails. Cute right? Well I kept looking and thought to my self, are they Playboy bunny's? No! Then they brought up a cute 1 year old boy in a velvet red robe and I thought to my self how cute are you. Then it hit me, bunnies and a guy in a robe. It was Hugh Hefner and his 5 playboy bunnies. I had to laugh, but I was also a bit shocked, who picked out the costume, the kids or the parents, scary!

Snow

Wednesday was our first snow of the year :) I have heard that it supposed to be bad, but I dont know how, snow, or cold? Well we will just have to see how it goes. I will try and be ready for it though. I have to pull out all of our winter close and put up our summer ones. Winter is here, wait, where was fall again?

Here is Dan and his Mom, Stacy. I love this picture :) She got to come up for the weekend and spoil us. I have forgotten how it feels to be spoiled, it is great. Thanks Stacy for a great weekend and great gifts, we cant wait to see you again :) Oh, and thanks for teaching me how to play Yahtzee, I love it! And great job on getting an all time high score of 500+, You rock!

Truman Gulch Pictures

These pictures are from our hike up Truman Gulch a few weeks ago. This first picture is from the spot on the mountain we stopped to eat lunch and head back down, so the highest point on our hike. At this point we were hiking for 2 hours and increased about 1600 feet in elevation. It was well worth the view :)

This is Dan by the creek that followed the gulch. This was about one minute into the hike, so we knew the views had to be even better as we kept going.

This was our view as we came out of the valley and into an open field. It was a million times better in person and well worth the sore and tired legs the next 2 days :) We ate our lunch just off to the right of this picture at the end of the tree line.

After this hike Dan and I decided that we really like hiking, but we should have worked our way into a 3.5 hour hike, instead of just jumping right in. I think the longest we had hiked before was about an hour and a half, so it was a big jump, but we had a blast :)

Fun Things

Over the last few weeks Dan and I have done some fun things. We decided to get our Christmas presents early this year. We each got a nice carhartt jacket and hat. Both jackets are dark brown, but different styles. It looks like we are trying to be matchy- matchy, but I swear we aren't, it just ended up that way. We love them!

Then a week later we decided that if we are going to start going on longer day hikes we need day packs. So we both got waist packs (they are like fanny packs that go on your back), very comfortable and easy to wear.

We tried them out the next day after we bought them on our first long hike, about 5-6 miles and 3.5 hours. I will have to post some pictures this weekend when I have time from this hike, it was a blast! Dan has some pics on his facebook. We had a great time and want to go on more, and even maybe try snow shoeing this winter.

The next fun thing we did was spend this last weekend with Dan's Mom. She came out for the weekend, bought us Christmas and birthday presents, lifted weights with us and taught me how to play Yahtzee. I never knew how fun that game was, I am hooked :) Dan and I are both glad we got to see her again, it had been too long since we had seen her last. It was a great weekend!

Well now back to work, I wanted to just give you an update on our life, things are going great :)

A Quick update

Well again it has been a long time since I have posted, and a lot of things have been going on.

First school has started here at Montana State and that means a lot of work for Doug (my boss) and I. Practice for everyone was in full swing last week, which means that our hours in the weight room are 11-14 hours a day. We also get in 8 hours on Saturdays for home football games and another 3 hours for football lifting on Sundays. Oh how I love football season.

Dan and I are doing great! We are going to try and hunt this fall for deer to get some cheep, lean meat. Our friend Eric is helping us out, two people who do not know much about hunting :)

We also bought Carhartt jackets this last week and made a trip up to Highlight (a mountain range and lake near town) to break them in. It was a blast, we made a fire for smores and watched the stars come out. It was a blast.

Well I have to get going now, I have a few athletes that just walked into the weight room. I will right more soon :)

My First piece of Furniture

This is the first piece for furniture I have ever made. It is made of plywood, some molding, and a piece of wanes coding we got for free. I still don't know what to call it, I know it has a name. It is a bench/coat rack with storage for hats, gloves and scarves below.

I made the design with some of Dan's ideas and pictures of similar things online. So I did not follow a pattern, I made it up. I am so proud of my self, I have built other things, decks and help with building a house, but I have never made something from scratch. Here are all the pictures of the progression of me making it. Oh Dan picked out the colors, well not picked them out, but gave me the idea of using the colors of a rug I bought for the entry way. It worked perfect, he is so smart :)

This took me about 2 weeks to make after work every day and one weekend. It cost under $100 to make with all the materials, that is buying a hammer, paint brushes, screws, plywood, paint, drop cloth, molding and hooks. I think most things like this cost about $300, so I think I did pretty well :)

As you can tell I did not have much space to work, but luckily our hall way and entry room were big enough to work :)

this is the bare bones of the bench. It is made out of mostly 3/4 inch plywood and some 1/2 inch screwed together for the sides and bottom support.

Now I am putting the wanes coating on to make it look fancy.

I know this is a great picture of me :) Dan snapped it at the right time.

Now I have gotten the molding and the shelf at the top on and wood brackets to hold it up.

Then I primed it all and part of the drawers (I ran out of primer).

Then the first color on and being messy about it :)

Then I put on the dark brown and taped off the molding with electric tape. I did not have painters tape and I didnt want to spent the $7 a roll for it. I already had the electric tape and it worked fine.

I also started to paint the drawers on the inside and bottom.

Then the final product with the front molding painted with out the drawers. Some of the hooks are a little crooked, but you can barely tell. There are going to be coats on it anyway :)

I decided to paint the front a totally different color so the green drawers stood out more.

And now when we come home from work we can kick off our shoes and hang our coats up on something I made. Thanks Mom and Dad for all the skills you gave me to make this. Now Dan is telling me we need a shop for me when we get our own house, I say YES to that :) I love building thing

Our New House

Now we have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a huge kitchen, living room, entry room, laundry room, walk in closet and a little yard (not fenced). We love it! We can actually relax when we get home rather than trip over each other on our way through the door :) And we can have people over because we have 2 queen size guest beds.

This is was an old cork board we got for free from craigslist with a queen size bed. It was pretty beat up, so I decided to cover it up with fabric and put some ribbon on it so we can put up pictures and cards we get.

This is a head board we got for free also with the bed and I reupholstered it. Before it was a mustard yellow velvet form the 70's, it was ugly. I found some cheep fabric and changed it. I have never had a head board before, it looks like we have a real bed now, even though it is on the floor :) Dan and I tried to have it up on just a metal frame, but that lasted about 5 min. Just lying in bed if you moved your head or hand it squeaked loud. So we took the bed apart in the first few minutes after getting in bed. Some day we will get a real bed frame :)

This is our master bathroom! I think with this and our walk in closet together it is as big as our old bed room :)

Well that is our new house. Dan and I love it so much and are so comfortable now, it is a million times better than our apartment.

Scottish hammers

I have been wanting to get these pictures up for months, I just found them and decided it was about time to put them up so here they are.

My heavy hammer is painted like a bomb, black with the handle like the fuse. And my light hammer is painted like a dragon, ready for flight :)

I was really fun to paint them and it was Dan's idea to do it, he is so creative. Now my hammers have a little flare and they are one of a kind :)

This last week Dan surprised me with making me strawberry salsa for my chicken. He decided it would be a nice thing to make something for me for a change, so he went out and bought everything for it and came home and made it for me :) I was super happy to try something different for a change. Dan found this recipe in Sunset magazine, which I really want to get, when he was on break eating lunch at work.

Here is how you make it:
Toss together 1 cup diced strawberries, 1 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno chile, 1tbsp. chopped cilantro, 1/2 tsp. lime zest, 2 tsp. lime juice and salt and freshly ground black pepper to tast. Let is sit for 20 minutes and serve with chicken or any flaky, white-fleshed fish.

I think this is about good for 2 pieces of chicken (I of course, used it on one), so you can double it for more. It is so great though, I loved it. I made more later in the week and put it on a spinach salad with chicken, walnuts, tomato's, cucumbers and a little bit of balsamic vinegar. It was great! It is sweet, but has a little spiciness with the chile, I suggest you give it a try if you want a change.

Here is a video from the top of the "M" which is a hiking trail straight up a mountain to the giant "M" that you can see from town. I have done it a few times, but this was my first time in over a year and it was hard. I went up the hard side which is almost straight up and I got it in 21min, which my volleyball girls did it in 20minutes the day before. That makes me feel good that I am just a minute behind athletes that are 10 years younger than I am. I will try and catch there time before the summer is out :) What can I say, I am a competitor :)

Weekend in Spokane

This last weekend I went to Spokane Washington to watch my thrower Krystle throw and to visit one of my best friends Kerri. I had a great weekend, first it was great to get out of Bozeman for a few days and Second to see a good friend. Kerri and I went out to eat on friday night going to one of my favorite places Wingers, Yum, Yum! It reminds me of college, good times :)

On Saturday Kerri and I went to Krystle's track meet at Eastern Washington University. Before that we ate breakfast at the Rusty Moose, it was filling to say the least :)

We met Krystle there with her parents and she was ready to throw. It took us a bit to find out where to go to throw, it was an open meet so there were a lot of people competing. She threw discus first and threw amazing. We have been practicing since February and it showed. She got in her chair and got after it, she ended up beating her old PR, she set 2 years ago, by over a meter. This is the video of her best throw and you can tell it is a good one by the look on her face after :) I am so proud of her :) Krystle'e Javelin did not go as well as we hoped, but she had to throw 5 min after her disc so sh did not get much rest. She still threw an average throw for her which was great for 5 min rest :)

On Sunday Kerri and I went on a nice little walk and I got to throw the ball to her great two dogs, Sophi and Katie. They are great dogs and make me really want to get one, but I need a space for them first:)

After a great walk Kerri took me to Cabellas which I have never been to, it was amazing!!!!! I just wish I had more money and time to go camping and fishing. I had a great time and it was a good get away before I had to start working early again 6am-3pm this summer. My only regret was that I had to leave Dan behind to work on Saturday. I am sorry babe :(

All in all it was a great weekend and I cannot wait to do it again :)

Here is a ton of gold and platinum albums from many country music stars at the Country Music Hall of Fame. There was a huge wall full of them.

This is the original suit of Hank Williams. There was a big part of the museum that was dedicated to Hank Williams and Hank Williams Junior. I think it was really interesting. Did you now that Hank Williams died at 29 years old? I did not know how young he was, he had a sad life.

It has been a really long time since I have posted. So much has been going on in the last 3 weeks.

School is out, so all the kids have left town, I won't lie, I love it here in the summers with less people in town.

I went to Nashville, TN with my boss, Doug, to a strength training conference. It was fun I will post pictures of the Country Music Hall of Fame. I also got a video of Mark Wills, who sings "1970 something" in a bar I went to one night he was just singing with his band, it was cool.

last week the university held the Montana State Special Olympics here on campus and Doug and I put on the Powerlifting meet. It was great, Dan was the head judge and Eric, a powerlifter, and I were the side judges. It was so great to run a great meet and have people enjoy them selves by following the rules and winning. I work with a Paralympic thrower, Krystle, and her parents helped out a ton with supplying all the powerlifting equipment. Competition benches, squat rack, and deadlift jack, Oh I cannot forget the lights. Instead of using the flags we were given, we had lights to show if the lift was good or not, it was very professional :) Everyone loved it!

I then went from helping run a powerlifting meet to watching a track meet all weekend. I got invited to our Conference track meet in Missoula MT. It was a blast to get to just sit back and watch all the kids hard work from the year pay off in personal bests and Conference Champions. I had a blast, and thank you to Coach Kennedy who go me a room and gas money :)

Now this week has been a bit rough. I got sick on tuesday and now today I am not doing well either. I have not got to get much training in these last 3 weeks and it is killing me. But I figure once I get better I will just hit it hard and start throwing a ton.

I will sit down this weekend and post some pictures from these last few weeks. I have a 3 day weekend, and I never get those :) I cannot wait!

I am headed to the World Highland Games in Arizona tomorrow so I thought I would look back at some highland game pics to get me motivated to throw far this weekend and come home with a win :)

Heather and I were together all summer in 2006 throwing at every meet we could. That was a fun year :)

My friend Jenelle is on the left with Luke Detterman and Marca Bruff (I dont know if I spelled her name right) is with? with? I forgot his name (I guess 12 years will do that to you). I remember going to pick out the dresses and having such a hard time finding the same dress in all our sizes. I had to alter mine because they did not have a size big enough for me. And Mr. Beck's (our volleyball coach) wife helped me change the bow around in the back to cover up the open zipper. That was fun :)

Dan told me last night about the Winter Festival that goes on here every year. Some of his co-workers were telling him about it at work. It is like a big fair, with crafts, animals, dog/horse/and other animal competitions, and my favorite , food :)

Dan told me he is going to take me there next weekend, because he knows how much I love those things. I am so excited, we are always so busy with work, it will be nice to go and do something together that is not lifting or grocery shopping. I am so lucky to have such a great husband :)

Ginger Bread Houses

I was very brave this year and decided to make gingerbread houses. Well actually it was Dan's idea, he really wanted to make one. And me being who I am i decided to go all out and make them from scratch. It went way better than I thought it would, I just ended up making way to much dough and icing (I wanted to be sure we had enough.

Before I made the dough we had to make a rough out line of what we wanted our houses to be. Well as you can see Dan is not the traditional type. he wanted something rough and rugged looking so a castle fell into that category. And for me I wanted to do a house, but a normal square house would not do. So I added another room to my house to give it more depth :)

Then came the baking, now this took me some time. After I made the dough I had to cut the pattern out, chill the dough and then bake it. And with how big we both wanted to make our houses it took about 4 hours of baking, cooling, cutting and rolling. I have a new respect for bakers. With the left over dough I decided to make a few cookies also.

After the pieces cooled over night, we then put them together today. It took both of us to get Dan's to stand up at first, but the frosting worked better that I thought it would. And mine went up with out any trouble, with the help of some soup cans.

After we got them all together the fun part started, the decorating. It took me about an hour to do mine, Dan's was a bit shorter :) I got a little carred away with the candy, bit I baught all of it so I was going to use it. Here are our finishe ginger bread houses.

I competed in a meet this Saturdays here at MSU. It was our inter squad meet for the track team and I threw as an exhibition competitor (that means that it did not count how far I threw for a place, I was doing it for fun). It was a blast and I did not do half bad. I threw the shot 44'1" (gliding) and the weight 56'3"(two turn), better than I thought I was going to do.

Also on Saturday we had a huge snow storm, we got about 6 inches of snow, which is not that bad, except for the freezing temperatures. Yesterday it was a high of -10 and today is a high of -5 degrees. My biggest worry was if our cars would start so Dan and I could get to work. Luckily they did and it was about -20 this morning. Now at work, it is cold in the weight room also, it is about 50 degrees inside, not the greatest insulation.

I also celebrated my 30th birthday yesterday, I cannot believe I am 30 already, I don't feel 30, well on some days I feel 90, but not all the time. Looking back I think I have done a lot in 30 years from learning to walk and talk :), to graduating College, going to the Olympic trials, getting a great job and finding the man of my dreams. In my 30 years I have met a ton of amazing people and made many great friends, but the thing that I think is most valuable that I have learned in my 30 years is that I do not know everything and I never will. I just have to keep using the common sense my parents gave me and do the best I can in life :)

Anyway, I had a great day at home with Dan snuggling on the couch watching movies and trying to stay warm. I ate way to much junk, which was fun, and I got a lot of well wishes from my friends and family, Thank you all.

Well I will try and post more pictures and maybe even video of me throwing later when I am not at work.

OK so as you all know I am the worst with blogging. I have had a hard time just getting up to go to work every day, working 12 hours then rushing home to change and come back to work to lift with dan, then come back stuff my face and fall into bed to do it all over again.

So I had a few minutes this morning so I decided to post a few pictures I have been wanting to post for awhile. Here are is one.

These are the roses Dan gave me about a month after we got married. He told me to keep them in my office to think of him when I am at work. I love them so much and I still have them. I am actually going to re-pot it today, it is growing huge!

I have a head cold, my throat feels like fire and my head feels like a clogged shower drain. To top it off, my head is gigantic so it just tips to the side and hangs there. I'm constantly having to look up and to the left to see where I'm going.

I hope Thor doesn't get mad when she sees I'm writing on her blog.

Crazy Weather

Ok, you all might think I will be talking about a big snow storm this time of year, but it is the exact opposite. Today it is sunny and 73 degrees, with a little wind. I feel like it is September not the middle of November. The weather has been crazy mild for this time of year, I hope that does not mean that we will have a winter that will last into the end of June. ( last year it snowed on June 3rd) We will see, snow is expected for this weekend, our big football game against our state rivals University of Montana Grizzles is this weekend also. Go Cats!

First Snow

Well today is our first day of snow, of what I feel will be a long winter (even though it is fall). It just started this morning, and looks as though it wont stop anytime soon. It is supposed to snow all weekend, and we have a home football game tomorrow. Now that will be fun to stand around in all afternoon. Time to take out all the winter jackets.

Driving License

Dan got his drivers license today and I am so proud of him. I am so happy, it is going to give him so much freedom, but most of all he can find another job now that he likes better, but most of all pays better.

He passed with flying colors, which I knew he would, he is a great driver. The written test even shut off early because he had gotten so many right.

Date Night

Well Dan and I decided to go out on a date this weekend. This was the first and last 2 day weekend I had until Thanksgiving, so we took advantage of it. We went to the Museum of the Rockies on Saturday afternoon. It was really fun, Dan and I are into all that dorky stuff. There were a lot of dinosaur fossils, and other Montana history stuff. We had a great time, I will post some pictures later this week.

We also went to our MSU bobcats volleyball game at night. That was fun telling Dan about all the rules, and all my girls, since I am there strength coach. But most of all it was good just getting to spent time together. It was fun having a Date day, we are going to try and do this more often.

School

Well school is in full swing here and things are picking up for me. Yesterday was the first day all the teams were lifting so things got crazy. I always hate the first few weeks of school. I never feel like I have enough time with my athletes to teach them things. I always feel like I am a bad coach for not seeing everyone lift every rep. Which is impossible to do, I will learn some day.

This year is much better than last year at this time though. All the returners know what to do and I can spend my time with the freshman teaching them new things. The hours are still long, but the athletes make it worth it, watching them succeed in athletics and life. Well I will try and keep you all updated when I can.

Andrea & Daniel Montague

Well as most of you know I got married just about 2 weeks ago on July 26th 2008. Dan and I could not have asked for a better day or a more beautiful place to get married.

We got to my parents house on the Wednesday before and there was some work to be finished. I was so surprised thought how much my family had gotten done in the last few months. I almost did not recognize my house. I am so happy for my parents that they will have a new patio, bathroom, decks, grass, freshly painted house, and much more for years to come. That night we went to our friends Pat Willis and picked up all the flowers she was going to let us borrow for the wedding. She spent the last few months growing them just for our wedding. They were of course all gorgeous, with Pat's green thumb you cant go wrong. All the flowers made the back yard just breath taking. Thanks Pat!

The next day, Thursday, my mom and I went to get our hair cut and then we went shopping for food, flowers and other last minute things. I was so excited to get my hair cut. It was the first time I have ever gotten a cut/style professionally before. My mom said the lady was good so I just said I want to keep the length, but give me some layers. She did a great job and I love my hair. As my mom and I were shopping and getting our hair done, Dan was at home with my Dad and brother David finishing up things on the house. Dan did such a great job being thrown into whirlwind of construction with my Dad and brother.

Friday was a day of last minute organization/decorating and finishing painting the house. Our friends of the family the Jazuk's came to help and they did a great job. I was so happy for all there help. Dan and I spent most the morning planting heather by the pond in front of all the big rocks and barking the whole area. You can see our handy work in our kissing picture. Then the rest of the day was again just setting up more things and then my other brother Jeff came from work and finished the other bathroom, which I might say he did a fantastic job. Great job Jeff!

Now the day of the wedding came Dan and I were so excited, I could not sleep well the night before. We finished up in the morning with decorating and putting out chairs and the last of Pat's flowers. the house looked great! My mom and my Aunt Barb started on food stuff and people started showing up around 11am (the wedding was at 2pm). As the hour got closer time got slower, I could not wait to marry the man of my dreams. The judge showed up about 15 minutes before the ceremony and talked with Dan and I about our vows and where we wanted to put them. He was a great guy, Judge Sawyer, perfect man to marry us. We filled in all the paper work to make it official and then we had our witness sign, Kerri Conger and Jim McDonald. Then is was off to get married. Well it took a few minutes, people kept filing in and saying hi and poor Dan was sitting down on the platform waiting.

The two greatest people in the world walked me down the isle.

Well I finally got down to the isle and with my amazing parents Bill and Donelle we walked down the isle together. As I walked down I was handed flowers from everyone who came to form my bouquet. Once I saw Dan I forgot about every one else and I did not hear one work the Judge said until we had to say our vows and even then it felt surreal. We exchanged the rings, which were given to us by Dan's Godmother Marilyn Diduca. There very special to Dan and I and we are very grateful that Marilyn would give them to us to start our lives together. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

It was the happiest moment of my life and I got to share it with many of my family and friends. The rest of the day was a blur of talking, picture taking and food. Dan and I were overwhelmed on how much everyone loved the wedding and how comfortable everyone was with each other. Everyone also loved the food, thanks to Dave Ellis and Rocky for doing that for us and taking days before to prepare it all. There were a few people Dan and I missed that could not make it to the wedding. My sister Jen, her husband Andy and there 5 kids, Dan' s Godmother Marilyn, my friend and mentor, Debra Farwell and her husband George and my friend Molly. We miss you and love you all and we will send you video and pictures of the wedding.

That night Dan and I were talking and decided that that was the most perfect day in the world and we could not have asked for anything better. It could not have happened if it were not for my amazing Family and Friends and all the hard work they put in for months before. I am the luckiest woman it the world and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone.

Oh! The next day I competed in the Enumclaw Highland Games. That was a blast and the first time I had ever competed as a Montague. My Aunt and Uncle, Vicky and Dan came to watch and my cousins, Chris and Kyle, My high school throws coach and basketball coach, John and Kathy, one of my best friends, Jenelle, her husband Andy and there 2 kids. My dad and my brother Jeff and of course my HUSBAND, Daniel! It was great to have such a support base it the crowd. Thanks for your support. Oh, I got second. Next year I will take the title back!

Our honey moon was great the next 2 1/2 days. My parents got Dan and I a hotel room out at Ocean Shores at this Victorian house and it was the honey moon sweet. It was amazing, thanks again Mom and Dad. Well I will be posting more pictures as I get them, and when I find time. Again thank you to everyone who helped out Dan and I at the wedding and for every one who traveled to come see us. It means a lot to us, thank you. I cannot wait for our wedding. It will be in 5 days now. We will be leaving for Spokane tomorrow to stay at Kerri's house then on Wednesday we will drive to my parents house. We decided to split the trip up so we wont be dying in the car and so we can both work tomorrow.

I finished up all the stuff I needed to here and packed it all up last night. All of the wedding programs, and candies wrapped in netting. That was all fun to put together. Now all I have to do is pack tonight and try and not to forget anything. Oh! We go our wedding rings from Dan's God Mother Marylin and they are great, more than we could ever ask for.

Well I should get back to work. I will try and keep updating everyone on how things are going. I am really bad at this unlike My sister, Jen the best blogger in the world with 5 kids.

Wedding

Well as most of you know I am getting married in only 13 days. It has come up fast. Last night I sat down and wrote out my wedding vows and that made it all really real. I cannot bealive that I am getting married, at one point in my life I felt like I never would.

Now I have the best man in the whole world and all I had to do was open my eyes and he was right there in front of me.

Things have been crazy at work and getting things done for the wedding. We are hiring some one new in the weight room so that has been stressful and I have had to get all my programs for my kids done early because of the wedding. It will be so great to have over a week off.

I also cannot wait for 3 days at Ocean Shores relaxing. Thanks Mom and Dad for the honey moon.

Well I need to get back to work I will update you all more when I have a second.

Olympic Trials

Have any of you been following the Olympic trials?

Well you should try and watch some tonight. I have a few friends and an athlete competing in them. Ellie Rudy is a pole vaulter here at MSU and will be doing her best to get a shot on the Olympic team. My friends Ian Waltz (Mens Disc) and Mckenzie Garburg (womans hammer), will also be competing tonight.

There are a few more people I have met and used to know back in the day that you should also watch, Matt Lamb(mens disc), Russ Winger (mens disc), Stacy Dragila (womans pole vault), Jillian Camarena (womans shot), Bernard Lagat (15oom, who has a chance to win it all in this and the 5000m). Aritha Thurmund (Hill) won the womans disc with a toss of 213-11, she used to throw at UW and now her and her husband coach there.

I love Olympics and I cannot wait to see how all my friends do, please watch and cheer them on.

June Snow

Yep it is snowing again. Not much, but it is about high 30's and it was just raining but then it just turned to snow. This morning it was sunny and warm about 60+ degrees, we had the doors of the weight room open and everything. Then a huge thunder storm moved in and rained buckets, now the snow. The weather is weird in Montana. Where is summer? :(

Fire Fighter Testing

On thursday some of my female athletes and I were asked to run through a fire fighter testing course that was being held in Shroyer Gym. Now they asked us to go through this because they wanted to know if trained females could finish the course and pass the test. They had 3 days of testing and over 260 people took it. Of all the woman who took the it only 50% past it. As competitive women we all said we would do it. Now if you all know me, I looked at the test and asked what the best time for a woman was and I set my goal to beat that time, it was about 1 min and 30 sec.

Now the test was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be, I under estimated how tired I would be. I dont do cardio, all I do is lift and throw, so my lungs are what really got to me during the test.

The test consists of 8 stations and it must be completed with in a time of 10 min and 20 sec. Through out the whole test you have to wear a 55 lb weighted vest (to simulate all the gear they wear), a helmet and gloves.

1)The first station was a 3 min and 20 second walk on a stair stepper. Now you had the weighted vest on, but also an extra 20 lbs on your shoulders, so a total of 75 lbs walking on the stair stepper. This was the hardest for me, my legs were fine, but about a minute in I was breathing heavy.

2) After the long 3 min climb,I had to walk, not run, to the next station. This station consisted of a hose carry. I had to grab a hose, throw it over my shoulder run with it around a barrel get to a designated area, kneel and pull the hose in to a curtain point.

3) Next was a tool carry. Which was the easiest, we had to grab 2 saws off a shelf @ 30 lbs a piece, set them down, pick them up and walk a distance of 70 feet and put them back on the shelf. The whole time you have a proctor following you telling you what to do and where to go, but if you did something out of order or wrong you failed. So it is not just physical, but mental as well.

4) The latter was next, I had to lift a latter hand over hand from the ground up so it is resting on the wall. Then right to the next ladder which I had to raise up and lower hand over hand with a rope.

5) This one is a pressure plate which I had to use a 10 lb sledge hammer to hit it in about 5 inches and a buzzer goes off. This would not have been so bad, but my arms we so tired from all the other stuff I had just done.

6) After that I had to go into a "U" shaped box that was pitch black. I had to crawl on my hand and knees and find my way out while going under and over things I could not see. I was not fond of the part where I had to crawl on my belly to fit through. It was a little tight.

7) The second to last station was a dummy carry. I had to drag a 170lb dummy with shoulder straps 35 feet, around a barrel and then back 35 feet to the finish line. By this point I was just hanging on and leaning backwards to get it done. I was breathing so hard.

8) The last station was one to simulate ripping down a sealing. You had to use a hook and push up on a pad for 3 reps making sure it hit each rep, then move the hook on to a lever and pull down for 5 reps, I had to repeat this 4 times. Then I was done.

I was exhausted and I was breathing so hard. I had no idea what I had gotten my self into. My time was one of the best time for the women at 1 min and 5 seconds left. I was proud of my self and my athletes. None of them finished in time (under the aloted time), but they all finish and were really close to the time (about 20-40 seconds over). Great Weather

I hope I am not jinxing my self, but the weather has been nice the last couple days. All the flowers are finally in bloom. These are a few pictures of the trees and stream in my parking lot, it is beautiful outside. I also threw the heavy weight for distance today for the first time since worlds. I am going to compete in 2 meets this year for sure, one in Billings at the end of June and one in Enumclaw at the end of July. I cant wait!

Hot springs

Dan and I went to the Bozeman hot springs just down the road, it was great. There are about 6 small pools that are hot (104 degrees) or cold (54 degrees), a pool inside and a pool outside. They are all hot spring water so it smells like sulfur which was weird at first. They also have a dry and wet sauna, we went int he wet one and it was humid.
Anyone who visits we will have to go, it feels great and is only $7.50 a person, money well spent.

Nashville Tennessee

This last week I spent 3 days in Nashville Tennessee for a Strength Training Convention. It was held in down town Nashville close to a ton of bars all with live music. We were also a minutes walk to the country music hall of fame. The picture above is of the Batman tower, or the At&t building, but it looks like bat man. Also just across the street from where we were staying was the original Grand Ol' Opry, the Ryman Auditorium. My co-worker Josh and I decided to get the whole experiance and took the tour. I got some good pictures and it was a beautiful building.

Here is the Hard Rock Cafe we ate there on Friday night and I was great.

On Friday after the conference we decided to look around town to see some other attractions. The number one thing to do in Nashville (as an online site said to do) is to see the Parthenon. Yep there is an actual size Parthenon in Centennial park. We could not pass this up. In side there is a small art museum and then a 44 foot statue of the Greek god Athena. It would have been an amazing sight to see back in the day when the real one was built, I am sure everyone was in awe.

I was a great trip and I am glad I got to see the things I did. We will be going next year also for our convention and I want to see the Country Music hall of fame and go to some of the music bars down town. I will post some more pictures later so you guys can see more of Tennessee.

I think spring might be here. The weather has been nice for 3 days now which is record thus far. I got to get out side this weekend for the first time in awhile. I actually got tan, but I did burn the tops of my feet, it was bound to happen though. Please stick around spring!

April 15th and we are getting about 3inches of snow already this morning. The thing that bums me out the most is that it was about 65 degrees and sunny yesterday and on Sunday it was about 70 and sunny. The weather changes fast around and I am starting not to be surprised when it does snow.

Never Ending Winter

I just read my sisters blog and saw that she has had crummy weather up in Alaska and it made me had to post also.
This morning I woke up with 6-8 inches of snow on the ground, it is April 8th, where is spring. Well, I have to remember I am in Montana now and the weather is weird. The snow will probobly be gone by this after noon and then snow again tonight. I just feel bad for my track team and football, because they cant get out and practice with this much snow on the ground. I just want to see the sun and for it to get about 50 degrees out, that would be prefect about now. Well I hope everyone else is having better weather than my sister and I.

First Day of Spring

Finally it is the first day of spring, but here in Montana the weather does not know that.
This morning I woke up to about an inch of snow and now this morning it has been snowing for about 2 hours. Well I have to keep remembering that I am in Montana now and the winters last longer than most places.

Other than the weather everything here is going great. Work has been good like always, long hours and small pay, but I love every second of it. My athletes are getting stronger and competing better, that is what I am here for, them.

Oh, Dan just got a job yesterday at a GNC store right across the street from our apartment. It is really convenient and he gets a discounts on supplements. We are doing great staying busy and just hanging out together, I love it.

Well I hope everyone is doing well and I will try and be better about up dating my blog.

World Highland Games Championships

I went to Arizona this weekend to compete in the world highland games. I got second place behind Summer Pierson a great thrower in track and field and of course the highland games. Third place went to Lacy Johnson a great woman who helped me get a personal record in the weight for height of 17 feet. Thank you Lacy!

My parents were able to make the trip and support me in the games, it was also my Dads birthday on Sunday when I competed. Thank you Mom and Dad for making the trip and being the best parents anyone could have. Also thank you for the great video and pictures, you guys are awesome.

I had a great time meeting new people and seeing old friends. I got to see my best friend Becky Potter who I had not seen in about 6 years. That I think is what really made my weekend, seeing her and Tina. Thank you to them for letting me crash at there house and eat there food. You guys are the best!

This was the best group of woman I have competed against since I have started throwing in the games 2 years ago. I hope to make it back next year and bring home the world title for my family and friends.

A huge thank you to my Boyfriend Dan for putting this video together, I know you wanted to be there. Next year I will have you there on the side line as my coach. You did a great job with this video and I love you with all my heart, thank you for your support.

Next Step

Dan and I are taking the next step. I am going to get him tomorrow from Pullman and bring him back here to Bozeman to live with me. He is going to transfer here to Montana State to finish school and of course to be with me.

I am so happy right now I am about to pop out of my skin. We have been missing each other a ton being apart so we thought, why put our selves through this. I will have my best friend, training partner, and my love finally with me. I cant wait!!! I just hope the weather holds out for me, it is snowing today in the passes and it is supposed to tomorrow a bit, I will take my time and I have chains and 4 wheel drive. It will be a long drive, but definitely work every second of it!

The weather was crazy today, really windy and snowing. The second picture is of the Field house where I work. I came in to get some stuff done and lift and I found that with the wind snow piles up in the weight room. It gets through the cracks in the door. It is supposed to be a high of -5 tomorrow, we will see.

Well things here are busy, school started again and all my teams got started this week or next week. So I have spent a ton of time on the computer making programs. Well I am going to brave the weather and go shopping for some food.

Holidays

I know it has been a long time since my last post, so here is an update.
Christmas was good, I was glad I had Dan here with me because I really missed my family. No matter how old I get I will always miss my family. I am also posting a picture of Dan and I right before he had to leave. I will be posting more later.
New years was good just sitting at home with Dan and taking in some well needed R&R. I had a great 3 weeks when he was here, but now it is back to the grind stone. Track will be starting in a week so I will be busy with lifting during the week and weekends with them and Volleyball will be in full swing with off-season training with me 5 days a week.
Lifting is going great! I am getting stronger and my weight is staying down. This last Tuesday I squatted 555lbs on a Reverse band box squat. This is a video of it, you can see the bands from the top of the rack, it is similar to me wearing all my gear in competition. That is the most weight I have ever had on my back. Well I have to finish making some lifting programs and do a little sewing at home. I will post more later.

Well things around here have been busy. School is winding down for the students and I have had to get all their winter lifting programs done for the month they have off. I hope they all do something, because they have worked so hard all semester.

Thanksgiving was great I spent it with my boyfriend Dan, but I did miss my family. I will be spending Christmas and the new year here in Bozeman, but Dan will be flying in this Saturday and staying for 3 weeks, Ya! I did not want to brave the 4 passes to get home in who knows what weather and the price of gas! This will be the first Christmas I have not been with my family, it will be hard and I will miss them a lot, but I am glad I have some one here.

Oh great news, I was invited to compete at the Womans World Highland Games Championships in Mesa Arizona. It will be on February 24th (my dads birthday) and so far there are 10 women confirmed to go, one from Canada and one from the UK. I am ranked 6th right now in the US and that is with missing one of the events for ranking athletes. I am very excited to compete at this level and get to throw again. There is also prize money, but what I really want is to win.

I got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday afternoon and some cavities filled. Man did that suck. They were already in so it was just a regular extraction, I did not have to go to sleep, but the sound of my teeth grinding when they pulled them out was a little disturbing.

I also did not get much sleep last night, I was to busy swallowing blood, but I am at work this morning bright and early. I know though I will not talk much today. Which is hard to do when your job entails you coaching. I hope I heal fast!

I had a great time this weekend. My friend Kerri came to town and I finally got to see some of the town I have been living in for over 3 months. We had fun at Octoberfest down town on Friday and then spent Saturday piddling around all the little shops around town. Now that I have seen Bozeman a bit more it confirms that this one of the greatest towns in the US.

I got my eyes checked for the first time in my life about 2 weeks ago and the news was I needed glasses. I was just at the legal limit to drive without them in the state on Montana, close. The power went off today in the middle of my squat workout, so I kept lifting with a door open for some light. Here are 2 videos of today.

First Snow

It snowed last night and all this morning and we had a football game today at home. We won against Southern Utah University 7-3, to close. That was fun in the snow and we have real grass, imagine all the mud. Oh, this is a picture of Brick Breeden fieldhouse were I work.
